Our History

It began with a clear and simple vision – enable all consumers to participate in a trusted digital economy. More than 12 years ago PaymentOne invented the “no credit card required” operator billing model so consumers could charge digital services to their phone bill. Since that time we’ve created an entire industry where "no credit card required" is now commonplace, led the evolution of best practices, and built a reputation as a payments pacesetter, with a portfolio of important industry patents. Privately held and profitable, we continue to build on our legacy of innovation, financial stability and proven results.
