Leadership TeamLed by CEO Joe Lynam, PaymentOne's senior leadership team is comprised of experienced executives from industries including payment processing, telecommunications, financial services, digital content, media and technology.
Lynam is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with proven ability to lead companies through profitable double and triple digit growth. Under his leadership, PaymentOne has more than doubled its revenues for four consecutive years, culminating in two Deloitte Fast 50 Awards, most recently noted as the 11th fastest growing technology company in Silicon Valley, and 33rd fastest growing company in North America. Previously, Lynam founded and led a telecommunications billing and payments company, VRS Billing Systems, which was successfully acquired by AT&T. Within three years, Lynam took that organization from startup to annual retail billings of more than $300 million. He also spent time at AT&T earlier in his career, where he served as National Billing Director responsible for managing over 100 employees that implemented and managed advanced nationwide billing and customer service systems. Lynam holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
Meyer has also held financial management positions at The Gap and Bank of America. Prior to this, he spent four years in the Audit Group of Price Waterhouse in Orange County, California, where he performed financial statement audits and special projects on technology, financial services and real estate clients. Meyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, an MBA from the University of Washington, and is a certified public accountant in the state of California.
Previously, Singer served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Product Management and Content Licensing at NewsEdge, an early pioneer in content syndication, which achieved annual revenue growth rates of 40%, consistent profitability, and a successful IPO during his 8-year tenure. While at NewsEdge (acquired by Thomson), Singer also served as General Manager of the NewsPage.com business, one of the first successful online premium services. Most recently, Singer was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at TeleKnowledge, a billing and commerce infrastructure company. Singer has also held senior positions at General Electric and Citibank in Latin America. Singer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Tufts University, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton Business School.
Truitt brings more than 14 years of telecommunications industry expertise, ranging from voice and data network services to direct and LEC billing models. Truitt also held key senior positions at AT&T Communications, with responsibilities that included process re-engineering, management of over 100 customer service representatives, convergent billing product management, network sales and billing systems deployment. While at AT&T, Truitt implemented a database redesign which increased bill pull timeliness by 30%. Truitt holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Florida, an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, and matriculated at the Sorbonne, University of Paris.
He also led Client Services and Billing groups for AT&T's MultiQuest division, where his organization implemented a new direct billing platform. Calcagno also served as Director of Marketing for VRS Billing Systems, where his primary responsibility was business development. Earlier in his career, Calcagno was corporate controller for Jos. J. Albanese, a leading Bay Area construction company. Calcagno holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University.
Before joining PaymentOne, Neves was Founder, President, and CEO of Gaia Informatica, a privately held Brazilian company that provides products and IT services to Fortune 1000 companies in Latin America, U.S. and Europe. Neves led Gaia to become the most prominent Lotus/IBM Business Partner in Latin America and managed a large initiative with the Brazilian federal government. Neves continues to maintain relationships with the international telco community and serves as a member of the Lotus/IBM Business Partner Executive Council. Neves holds a Bachelor degree from Faculdade de Tecnologia de Sao Paulo (FATEC) in Brazil and is a graduate of several executive programs at MIT-Sloan.
