PaymentOne Named One of Silicon Valley’s Fastest Growing Technology Companies in Deloitte & Touche’s Fast 50 Program

PaymentOne Ranks 10 Among Prestigious List of High Growth Technology Companies

San Jose, CA — October 27, 2003 — PaymentOne Corporation, the market leader of advanced payment solutions and services for ISP’s, digital content and premium service providers, has been named to Deloitte & Touche's prestigious “2003 Technology Fast 50" for Silicon Valley, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the Bay Area. PaymentOne’s increase in revenues of over 11,297 percent over the five-year period from 1998 to 2002 resulted in an overall ranking of 10 in the Fast 50 for Silicon Valley.

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 1998 and $1,000,000 in 2002, must be public or private companies headquartered in North America, and be a "technology company" defined as owning proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues and/or devoting a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology.
